Recently purchased an Audi A5 2007 3.OTDI Quattro from Paul @Roston park motors. As a mechanic myself I was very picky about the car I was buying, so much so that I requested I could plug my diagnostic machine into the car and check for any underlying faults etc, to which Paul kindly obliged. When I arrived at RPM I was greeted by Paul who allowed me to look over the car and do what I needed to do, without being pushy or forceful whatsoever! He just left me to it and said come and find me in the office once you're finished. He answered every question I asked, in a professional manner and was completely honest about everything. I was impressed. It was clear to me that the cars he was selling were what he said they were, and he took pride in his business.

Thought I would give it a few months before writing a review and so far car has been perfect. Paul was amazing during the buying process and unlike any other dealer I went to when I was shopping for a car, he was attentive but not pushy and left us to browse whilst making sure we knew he was there if we needed any help. A few weeks after I bought the car there was a problem with the exhaust and the next day after messaging him he picked up the car and was fixed over the weekend. I purchased the Honda Civic from you last week and collected it on Friday. I would just like to say that I am very pleased with the car and the service we received whilst buying it. We needed a tow bar and you arranged for this to be done as promised, with the fitter coming around to our house to complete the job. The car was MOT'd, serviced and cleaned before being released to us, and Paul stayed behind on the Friday night so that we could pick it up after we had finished work. Had a really good experience buying my first car with them. The main person in charge there Paul, handled my deal very nicely and got it done smoothly, I purchased the vauxhall meriva 1.4 turbo. Never had any issues with the car except for the cigarette lighter socket wasn't working, but he got that sorted quickly. So far it's been 2 months since I have the car and I love it. Just bought my first car from here, it's a lovely Ford KA Zetec, 2007 with really low mileage and in amazing condition, hardly any wear at all. Paul is very honest, would not let the car go until it was perfect and I'm already thinking about the next car i will buy from RPM in a few years, really nice garage and people :)
A couple weeks after purchasing the car, it developed an issue with the clutch, requiring a new clutch assembly and dual mass flywheel (very costly on this particular model and an absolute pig of a job) I contacted Paul who was more than happy to help with the car still being under warranty. I made the 200 mile round trip back to Nuneaton and left my car there. A couple weeks later I picked it back up, after a new clutch and flywheel replacement, coming in at £700 for just the parts alone!! All paid for and covered by Paul. The car has been perfect ever since and l'm very happy with my purchase. I would certainly purchase a car from RPM again, and would recommend RPM to anybody in the market for a new car. 5* all round. After having my car written off, I was in need of a good car for my family. After searching through Google for local car sales and came across Roston Park Motors. I am so glad that we decided to check it out. Paul greeted us warmly and wanted to find out what our needs were to see if he could match us up with a vehicle. He had a good selection of vehicles that he thought would be suitable and provided details and expert advice on each of the vehicles. Paul provided information that I hadn't even thought of in choosing a vehicle and was able to give ideas of costs that each vehicle would be (Tax, insurance etc. After having a test drive, where Paul again went through details of the vehicle and explained any differences from my previous car, we decided to purchase the 2010 Vauxhall Zafira. Due to a stereo typical wheeler dealer we needed a reliable car very quickly, at an affordable price. Roston Park Motors was recommended to us on the point it was open on a Sunday. We emailed Paul after checking cars available on his website. He responded almost immediately (this was outside of their open hours). He was very helpful with our inquiry. On arrival at the site, we were very guarded due to being sold a very poor quality vehicle 3 weeks earlier Not from Roston Park Motors). Hubby test drove the car. Paul was very informative of vehicle, it's history, and our options. Was not pushy or power selling in any way. Gave us plenty of time and privacy to make up our minds. Collected the car 4 days later after Paul had arranged a full vehicle check and MOT. Hubby say's car is a dream to drive and has renewed his love of driving again. Great service.

Back in June this year I returned to Paul at Roston Park to buy what is now the third vehicle our family has purchased from him. I bought an immaculate Vauxhall insignia to suit my work needs and the service that I have received from Paul has not disappointed.Before purchasing the car Paul openly informed me of the known concerns he had with the car and informed me of the plan he had in place to ensure these were resolved before I received the car. He did just that to the best of his abilities with a full service and MOT.Unfortunately for us both a couple of the issues did reappear. I informed Paul of this and he did not hesitate to have the car back off me and did his best to turn it around as quickly as possible once more. Being a nervous car buyer, and having walked away from several pushy dealers I was delighted to find from several pushy dealers I was delighted to find Roston Park Motors. Paul was like a breath of fresh air. The car we bought is lovely, was sensibly priced, presented beautifully and with all issues sorted, included one we hadn't noticed which he pointed out to us! A week after taking the car I found a fault. Paul dealt with the problem with no quibble and with the same professional and friendlv attitude as when we were buying. A gem. So after having 2 cars from roston park motors previously my dad unfortunately had to change his car due to rising insurance costs I helped my dad browse roston park motors website and he found a ideal replacement for his car a absolutely amazing Renault clio with unbelievably low mileage and in stunning condition so I took him to view it and paul was his usual helpful friendly self no pressure to buy the car we were left to inspect the car at our leisure and paul was on hand to answer any questions we had my dad was impressed with the clio and after a chat with paul a deal was done there was a slight issue with the car that Paul's mechanic spotted a radiator mount which paul promised to rectify and after a slight delay in acquiring the part due to demand it was sorted and had a 12month MOT no advisories and paul even delivered the car and took my dads away which paul gave a very good trade in price for so I cannot recommend paul and roston park motors enough absolutely outstanding customer service and nothing was too much trouble so if your after a new car roston park motors should be your first visit thank you again to paul and the team for sorting my dads new car

I was recommended to this car garage after my mum bought one a year before. I picked a ford s max as l'm having my 4th baby and needed a big family car. It took about 10 days from paying my deposit until the car was delivered to me as i paid for the garage to change the cam belt and they needed to fix the parking sensors. I live in Coventry so Paul kindly brought the car to me to save me getting the bus with 3 children. I've now owned the car for about 6 months and it drives well. The battery died within the first few weeks and Paul came over to my house with a new one and we went halves which I thought was a really nice gesture. A week or two later my husband was driving behind me and noticed the right back light was flickering which is a common fault and then a week after that the child lock malfunctioned and the rear back window would go up and down. Paul ordered a new light but it was faulty so he did fit a new one a couple of weeks ago with no cost to me and then a few days back he collected my car and took it to have the electric window motor replaced and dropped it back same day A couple of faults but all in all minor and he kept to his legal duty of being able to go back to the dealer within the first 6 months with any issues and I'm thankful for that. The effort that Paul has put in over the time has been the best l've had from any car dealer and I've had a few My husband is now saving up and will be going to Paul later in the year for his new car and I have recommended him to family and friends Thanks Paul for everything you've done to keep my family on the road, I really appreciate it
